Villa Nomad

Die Lage war für uns perfekt.

Die Auflagen für die Liegen im Garten sollten erneuert werden.

Een warm welkom, flesje wijn en wat leuke attenties bij aankomst. Heel schoon huis

Het licht, het huis is in de winter een beetje donker. En we zouden de openhaard willen gebruiken maar we wisten niet of dat ok was.

The location was perfect for us with a car, located in a urbanisation just outside of Jávea. It is a 3 min drive to the local Aldi and 5 to Consum supermarkets. L’Arenal beach is about 7 mins drive. There are lots of local amenities. The villa itself was really well presented. There is a gated entry. Parking under cover. Lovely front area seating. Three good size bedrooms with firm but comfortable beds. Good wardrobe space with lots of hangers. The bathrooms are nice and clean, the main bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and has lots of utensils, Nespresso, juicer, etc The pool is great but didn’t filter too well overnight Outside space is great and bbq and ping pong is a nice extra

Some minor issues: the sun lounger cushions damaged and in need of replacing. The sofa was not connected properly and was in need of a clean. The grass was worn and was not like the pictures as this was something that was important to us with a young child.

Casa muy bonita y cómoda. Tiene 3 habitaciones, una cocina amplia y un buen salón. También tiene dos porches, uno delante con sofás y otro detrás con mesa para comer. Está en una zona residencial muy tranquila, cerca de todo. Es muy cómodo poder aparcar dentro de la casa. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en Jávea. Tiene wifi y aire acondicionado. Cocina bien equipada, lavadora, piscina, zona de bbq… todo lo que necesitas!
