It used to be nice, it is old and dirty with bed bugs.

Nice bar, decent restaurant. Very close to the slopes.

Ancient structure, very dirty (and even after reporting it to reception no one came to clean the room, we had to vacuum ourselves), bed bugs in the head of the bed! BE CAREFULL.

Excellent week with the family.

Breakfast was good, a good selection of food for meals. We enjoyed the evening activities for kids and adults and the games in the communal area. It was a shame the swimming pool wasn't heated and open as we were hoping to use that too.

The late check in was a problem, we had arrived early to ensure the children made the ski school time but then had to sit around til 5pm to get into our rooms as there were apparently none available. As reception was closed in the afternoon, there was no way of getting in earlier. It would be good to have a few more comforts in the room eg kettle

Tiny rooms but good location and food was good.

The food was good and the ski bus stops directly outside. They provide free storage space for ski equipment.

The reception was closed most of the afternoon. The room was tiny, I paid extra for the privileged room but it was the size of a regular single room with three single beds. There were stains on the bed linen as well. I had to pay for internet which was extremely slow in the room.

Never seem the cleaner!!

At arrival we booked 2 bedrooms for 3 people each and the third person on each bedroom never seen any bed linen whatsoever. They told us they don’t have it. That it is. Oh the second day upon arriving expecting a clean room and new bed linen for the third bed, nothing!!! So we asked for the pillows at least and they gave to us. For the price we payed I would expected that was at least delivered to our room. Such a disappointment and horrible place. At €1788 for 3 nights that was a rip off. Keep away.

Nothing. There was no explanations where we could save our skis, where the bus was, where and what time where the meals. Nothing. Get your keys and go. The lift didn’t work and although we were in first floor we had quiet a lot of luggage as we were traveling around Europe for 15 days.

Disappointing

The location is excellent close to the slopes. The food was also great with lots of variety and choices.

The room was very small, the bed extremely hard. We booked a double bed room hut ended with 2 single beds. The room smell very bad. During our week stay the room was never cleaned. Very disappointed!

L’emplacement est facile

Les chambres ne sont pas équipés, on pouvait entendre les voisins, il fait froid, la restauration il n’y avait pas de chauffage, il faut attendre 20 min voir plus pour pouvoir voir accès au café le matin… la maintenance qui intervient a 8h15 un dimanche pour réparer le coffre alors que nous étions ici depuis 3 jours et que nous ne nous servions pas du coffre.. la literie est très dur .. sur 5 jours passés aucun ménage dans la chambre.. pas de sèche cheveux dans les chambres c’est compliqué en montagne pour une femme, les animations au quel nous avons participé sont à revoir.. malgré la motivation du personnel.
