Garden Hut

Perfect stay from the moment we arrived! The house has everything you need, but what truly makes it special is the wonderful hospitality of Marlene, David, and Jean-Luc. They make you feel like part of the family and create such a warm, authentic experience. We were welcomed with freshly cut fruit from Marlene and fresh bread from David, which was such a lovely touch. The location is excellent, within walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket, and just a short drive from Anse Royale Beach. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for peace, genuine hospitality, and a truly authentic stay.

A lovely stay for our final night in the Seychelles. This is a beautiful little property that is run by the friendliest family. Marlene, Jean Luc & David were so kind and couldn’t do enough for us even though we were only there for one day. Initially, we were supposed to fly super early in the morning but our flight changed to the evening. This left us wondering how we would fill our day. Most car rentals were quoting a 3 day price for just 1 day. However, Marlene & Jean Luc sorted a car for us at a really good rate. This gave us the freedom to explore Mahe again for one more day before our flight. Jean Luc collected us from the airport and we enjoyed chatting with him about life in the Seychelles on our way to the hut. The hut itself is spotless, cosy and comfortable. Marlene had left fresh fruit, bread and delicious coconuts for us. She kindly offered for us to come back and shower after check out if we needed to before our flight. The location is in Au Cap, and is near the beach and some lovely restaurants. We enjoyed greenhouse, on Marlene’s recommendation. It’s a small brewery & restaurant and we loved it. Next time we come back to the Seychelles we will book longer for sure. Thank you again, you ended our trip on the sweetest note! Jess & Andrew
