In the rooms with a lake view, passing cars on the street may cause some noise.

Magical place to stay

An exceptional place to stay - the views are stunning and the swimming pool is a wonderful place to relax. The location is perfect, right on the waterfront within walking distance to everywhere you need. Paulo was incredibly kind and helpful with booking taxis and helping my mum who needed some assistance. The rooms were large and airy and the food was great. Would love to come back and highly recommend.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

We LOVED Villa La Mirabella! The pool has the most amazing view. The team are amazing nothing is too much to ask. All our laundry was cleaned folded and places in our room (at an additional cost). Make sure you book in for the 3 course meal it’s amazing. Wine selection is also amazing.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Quaint hotel with exceptional service.

Paolo and his team are exceptional hosts, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is ideally located if you just want to go for a walk, likewise, if you decide to take one of the many ferries to other towns on the lake.

Beautiful setting near the Lake with an incredible pool overlooking the Lake. Great location near ferry terminal. Delicious breakfast included. Great staff and lovely room.

A brilliant 1870 building with full house of real well maintained antique furnitures, spotless clean, high ceiling room, large bathroom, ppl are so friendly. Walking distance to everywhere! highly recommended.

Como life at its best

Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay in lake Como (Cardenabia). It’s a family owned and run hotel. The ferry port is 5 minutes walk and the ferry to lenno ( villa baldinello) is 5 minutes away as well. I’ll recommend eating dinner here because it was scrumptious and a great value for what was offered. The villa grounds are beautiful as well. Breakfast was great and the rooms very spacious

Paolo was an amazing host. The hotel had a lift (great for suitcases) overlooking the lake. Clean, close to the gardens.

The Power points where not what we were expecting but Paolo was able to help us with a different adaptor.

Understated elegance with magnificent view!

A refined, elegant property in the most beautiful part of Lake Como. Decor is simple, subtle and authentic. No luxuries but all we needed for a weekend exploring the lake. Excellent breakfast with many gluten-free delights. Delicious dinner - but you must book ahead.

We would have eaten dinner there both nights, except we didn’t realize advance notice was required so we missed the opportunity for our first evening. Then again, there are some sweet restaurants nearby. Would have appreciated water in the room too (a kettle, even better).

Perfect small Como hotel

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Beautiful room, helpful staff, good breakfast (much more than a typical Italian breakfast), ideal location close to two ferry stops, very easy parking on site, elegant public areas.

WiFi in an old and solidly built building is hard to make perfect. That’s a pretty minor complaint!

One of those places that are exactly as you hope

- Great location and views - Very good breakfast and personnel - Amazing swimming pool looking out over the lake and at Bellagio Even though the pictures are nice, this hotel’s state surprised us positively because everything is in a great state. The view from this side of the lake (and thus from the breakfast area and swimming pool) is simply amazing - and I haven’t found hotels that offer similar value for money around Como.

The town the hotel is located in doesn’t offer many different restaurants, but this also means that it doesn’t get too crowded - which is great

Very friendly and helpful staff and perfect location. Overall very cozy villa and tidy rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much (planned to stay for 2 nights and ended up staying for a week because we liked it so much!) Corona measures were taken - we felt very safe.

There could have been more variety of cold cuts at breakfast - but otherwise the breakfast was very good!

Deux jours très agréables dans un hôtel plein de charme, idéal pour se balader sur le lac de Côme.

Le bâtiment magnifique avec son petit air d'autrefois, tout en étant très bien équipé, notamment avec sa piscine à la vue imprenable. L'accueil très sympathique et le petit déjeuner très bon et servi dans une jolie véranda. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une terrasse très appréciable.

Un petit effort pourrait être fait sur la literie, notamment les oreillers.

Un séjour de princesse à la villa

Excellent séjour à la Villa ! Très belle demeure qui a su gardé son charme d’antan. Chambre très confortable (literie ++) avec une vue splendide sur le lac avec petit balcon. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que la véranda où est servi le petit déjeuner. Nous avons dîner un soir et le repas est d’un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Tout comme le séjour au final ! L’hôtel est très bien situé tout proche de la villa carlotta et de l’embarcadère de ferry

Pas grand chose à signaler. La salle de bain est basique mais nous ne demandions pas plus ! Petit dej basique
