    Our Brisas room was spacious and had a great balcony with comfy chairs. All the facilities were clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. The water park was fun, with a lazy river and 3 water slides. The boat was not running the day we tried to go to Palamino Beach (mechanical difficulties), so we didn't experience that location. Restaurants has good food and service, though on the pricey side, which is to be expected at this type resort. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

    Nice hotel but it doesn’t have the wow factor anymore. Check your final bill because they changed me 100 dollars and they have to refund me that amount. Also, the bar people were so overwhelmed at night that you have to wait 15+ just to serve you.
