Good different experience

Very different concept. Food was amazing!

Not having a shower in the room. Too many mosquitoes. They should enable guests with thermacel or similar device that repels mosquitoes.

It is a magical experience, with or without the Northern lights.

The cabins are unique and have the power to bring us back to childhood. Really loved the experience

The only thing was having once single common shower for everyone at the Tree hotel cabins. Doesn't inspire much confidence in the cleaness and availability and the time we need.

The room itself is amazing. Absolutely beautiful. Tranquil. Unique. Everything the photos show it to be.

Staff are EXTREMELY unresponsive and uncommunicative to inquiries about dining, transportation, or activities prior to arriving. Dinner was extremely overpriced for what was offered (mediocre, at best). Taxis to/from the hotel, if booked through the hotel, are excessively priced.

we discovered later that the cost of the taxi transfer from the railway station charged by the hotel was twice the market rate. this left a bitter taste as it felt like profiteering

Two birds in a cozy nest

All is amazing, the rooms, the guesthouse and also the food is eccellent. Very nice staff. I hope to come back soon!

My room was not ready till 5.30 pm. We waited 2 hours before entering. Hope this will help the hotel to improve.

A lovely stay in the cabin very relaxing definitely will visit it again

very unique architectural designs set in a lovely calming forestry; beautiful in the winter everything you need inside the room and was very cosy

The Perfect Vacation

Everything was perfect. The hotel is within the forest and each room is a masterpiece. The views are perfect from the room we stayed in (the Cabin). The breakfast was perfect with plenty of options and the food was high quality. The hotel staff was very helpful to support our needs and requests. It was a dreamy stay for us.

The only problem I can mention is I didn't get prompt replies when I requested some information on the activities they were providing.

Amazing expy

The treehouses themselves are so unique, we stayed in the mirror cube and it was incredibly cosy ! The mini bar was also well stocked and the portable speaker was a nice touch while we chilled for the evening. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really made our stay very enjoyable! When I mentioned I didn’t eat something on the menu for the evening James the chef put a lot of effort into creating an alternative. The atmosphere in the forest is incredible and the sauna and jacuzzi were a great treat ! Thank you Tree Hotel for an amazing stay !

Amazing setting and rooms! Architecture is stunning with all rooms as indivuidual tree houses. Restaurant, in old pension inn style, was very good. Enjoyed the stay and dinner ! Staff was great, both for reception, dinner and breakfast!

The price is very high, it could be a little lower, but this happens dut to its uniqueness. The only disadvantage is that the tree houses don't have a shower and you have to go to a house built for this purpose. But they were built in this way for not having pipes coming down the tree house. They are completely harmonized with the environment!

Foi tudo maravilhoso. O hotel é lindo, foi uma experiência inesquecível. Ficamos no Mirrorcube e amamos. O quarto é espaçoso e muito confortável, maior do que eu esperava, e ele ainda uma varanda em cima com uma vista linda. El hotel disponibilizou no quarto um projetor para ver séries e filmes além de um jogo de baralho, o que adoramos. Fomos no inverno e o quarto estava bem aquecido apesar de estar - 30c do lado de fora. Todos nos receberam muito bem, sempre muito atenciosos. A comida do restaurante é maravilhosa, todos os dias comemos muito bem e pratos com combinações de sabores maravilhosas. Provamos algumas coisas como um caviar específico da Suécia e uma cerveja local e inclusive perguntamos aonde vendia e o dono foi super atencioso, pesquisou onde venderia em Estocolmo, nosso próximo destino, e nos passou as orientações. Enfim, a nossa experiência foi maravilhosa e pretendemos voltar para conhecer outros quartos. É uma verdadeira exposição de arte a céu aberto.

Não teve nada que não gostamos, mas é importante ressaltar que da recepção até o quarto é uma caminha de aproximadamente 10 minutos e com subida, o que faz parte da experiência mesmo no inverno. Mas eles levam as suas malas até o quarto e tem room service. Não tem chuveiro dentro dos quartos mas existe um complexo a parte bem equipado com chuveiro, sauna, shampoo e tudo que é necessário. Apenas é preciso ter um pouco de paciência e esperar se alguém estiver usando a comodidade. Tudo faz parte da experiência que hotel oferece mas para pessoas com restrições é importante saber antes de reservar.

design delle stanze e della struttura in generale, le camere sono davvero particolari soprattutto esternamente e collocate in un bosco molto bello. la zona con le docce e sauna è collocata molto vicina alle camere. anche la gestione particolare del bagno è stata apprezzata.

purtroppo abbiamo avuto molto freddo nella nostra stanza c'erano circa 10/12 gradi e nonostante ci sia stata portata una stufetta aggiuntiva non era sufficiente per riscaldare gli ambienti in maniera adeguata dato il prezzo pagato per la camera.

Ett fantastiskt boende, men något man förmodligen bara gör en gång pga priset.

Vi bodde i Dragonfly och det var ett magiskt boende, välstädat och fräscht.

Mat och dryck var god med inte värt dom nästan 4000kr det kostade. Vi hade gärna ätit både middag och frukost i stugan :)

Das außergewöhnlichste Hotel in Lappland. Ausgestattet mit Dusche und WC in den Gipfeln der Nadelbäume. Jede Wohneinheit ein Unikat. Wir haben zwei verschiedene Menüs mit natürlichen Zutaten aus dem Wald und Umgebung gebucht. Es war ein Augen und Gaumen Schmaus zubereitet mit voll Phantasievollem Blick von einem jungen Koch. Aufmerksames, hilfsbereites Personal.

Einfach eine unglaublich einzigartige Erfahrung. Wer es sich erlauben kann, auf jeden Fall mal ausprobieren. Das Mirrorcube war wirklich fantastisch!

Die Verbrennertoiletten machen bis zu drei Stunden Lärm. Wenn man bedenkt dass man mitten im Wald in der Ruhe ist, hat uns das schon sehr gestört. Auch der nachhaltige Wasserspender ist zwar interessant, im Gebrauch aber unpraktisch. Wenn man sich dessen bewusst ist, ist alles prima.
