Alt, service, beliggenhet, rommet som kanskje er feil benevnelse, rettere sakt leilighet, med inne dusj, ute dusj, svømmebaseng, ja alt man kan forvente. Og ikke minst, en fantastisk hyggelig betjening. Så til maten - helt fantastisk

From the moment we arrived until the very last minute of our stay, everything was simply exceptional. The property itself is breathtaking. Waking up to such spectacular views felt almost unreal, and every corner of the hotel has been designed with incredible attention to detail. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered the perfect balance of luxury and warmth. The dining experience deserves special recognition. Every meal felt like a fine dining experience, with outstanding quality, creativity, and presentation. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each dish was prepared with care and exceeded our expectations. What truly makes this place special, however, is the people. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and kind. Their hospitality felt effortless and sincere, making us feel not like guests, but like friends being welcomed into their home. It’s rare to find a hotel that excels in every aspect -location, accommodation, food, service, and atmosphere- but this place manages to do exactly that. The only downside of our stay was having to leave. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We will be talking about this stay for a long time and sincerely hope to return one day.

Simply superb, the food was world class - however a caution to all diners to arrive starving so as to enjoy each of the six delicious courses!!! The facilities are old world but not dated - an ode to a time of old. The staff are attentive and willing to exhaust all means to make you comfortable. The spa is excellent. I cannot think of a single complaint! One of, if not, the most romantic getaway in the country.

Nothing - everything was amazing.

Gelegen in het midden van een reusachtige macademia nuts en avocado plantage. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen. Zowel de gastvrouwen Tracey en Jolene, als ook Nathaniel, de man die ons na het diner terug in het donker met veel plezier naar onze iets verder gelegen lodge bracht. Prima diner. Prachtige plaats om buiten te ontbijten, met zicht in het dal op Hazyview.

In de kamer zo goed als geen wi-fi. Maar er wordt aan gewerkt. Misschien een tip voor de eigenaren; vlak na de grote poort gepasseerd te zijn een wegwijzer hangen naar Highgrove house. Wij hadden eerst al de weg rechtdoor genomen. Misschien wel dom van ons!
