Sufficient to surrounding locations. Easy access to rooms.

The room was large at the back of the building there for there was no view.
There was no restaurant on the premises so for food you had to travel a short distance to town. The entrance to the property was in my opinion dangerous as it was on a bend in the road towards the top mom a hill.

Nice small views of Bay of islands Hot tube was enjoyable. Not to far out of main town.
Old and needs renovations to update room facilities and amenities. Housekeeping - Dirty dishes left in room by previous guest was unpleasant.
