Stayed several times… always as expected

Jacuzzi water is brown when you fill it, as well as the plug not working properly.

The stuff was ok. At a 5-star hotel, I expect 5-star staff. This was 4-star staff at best. They were just fine. Not special. Not great. Not 5-star exceptional. Just fine.

Well maintained sauna and spa and spacious rooms, if you are placed in one of the newly-renovated rooms.

We had a horrible experience with the front desk manager Oleksei. First, he deliberately misled us about the availability of rooms so we would pay 4x the amount for a deluxe suite. When I complained, we were placed back into the type of rooms we had originally booked in the first place -- despite his insistence they were sold out. What a hassle. One of my colleague's rooms had broken AC - no joke during a Ukrainian summer! Oleksei said someone had tried to fix it even though no one had. My colleague had to switch rooms again at 11 PM and was placed in a room far smaller and shabbier than the room we had paid for. Finally, two of my colleagues had their phones swiped at the sauna; Oleksei did nothing to help us locate the phones, brushing us off when we asked for help.
