The location of the hotel is good. The restaurant staff is very good, helpful and understanding. House keeping is good too. The reception staff Rahul Yadav is also helpful and welcoming. Pool is clean and maintained. Food quality is decent.
The reception staff including the manager (except one person) was rude and unprofessional. We could stay at the hotel only because Rahul Yadav was listening and understanding our concerns. Rest of the staff is not professionally trained and their focus was not at all on customer satisfaction. We would have considered changing the hotel, if booking.com gave the option even when the other facilities were decent.

I liked the service which was best. Including all the members on kitchen. Food was also excellent.
Internet was not working, i called someone to fix but that person indirectly stated that its my phone or device issue.
Door didn’t have a security lock from inside for not allowing anyone to open from outside. It was bit different from other hotels i stayed.
