    Lovely stay. Great Location…The hotel is a little old, but still beautifully designed with lots of character & great views. Rooms were comfortable & a nice place to wind down after a day out. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool at the end of the day after hiking…such a treat for tired legs. Overall a comfortable, relaxing stay & a great place to slow down in Patagonia.

    We were upgraded to the room facing the bay. The views were amazing! The food for dinner was also good. Luis entertained us with photos of the sunset and tips on where to visit Torres Del Paine. The only downside was we had to leave early the next morning for the excursion, so we couldn’t enjoy the hotel more.

    This hotel needs better upkeep and regular maintenance. The “upgraded” room we were given had blistering paint on the ceilings in both the bedroom and bathroom, as well as a damaged shower tray. The spa was also disappointing. The sauna was unavailable during our stay, and the paint on the pool’s surface was coming off and transferring onto our skin, leaving coloured marks. When we raised this with reception, the receptionist explained that the wrong paint had been used.
