I’ve been traveling regularly to BGA since 2019 and staid at many of the better hotels in the city. The Hotel Dann Carlton is the best and my favorite. Everything is as advertised and the staff is amazing!

I found it to be a nice hotel, it does seem a bit older, might need new renovations, my AC wasn't working fully well but I was able to open the window and breeze made it very nice.
Overall would still recommend/

The Dann is in a great location and provides a very comfortable stay in Bucaramanga.
Breakfast was a little disappointing and that a swimming cap is needed for the pool (who packs a swimming cap?).

I have stayed at many hotels and AirBnBs in Bucaramanga over my many visits in the last 7 years. The AirBnBs have been hit and miss so the really were no “savings” . The other hotels were OK, but the Hotel Dann Carlton is head and shoulders above them all.
