Excellent property and nicely located . This is my second visit to the property. My first visit got refreshed. The food was really awesome. I enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were very cordial I would like to visit again to the same property.
Take care the birds coming to the breakfast area ( seagull ) restaurants.

Perfect property for a family stay with cosy rooms. The hotel is directly on the beach, has a large pool, playground and kids club. The breakfast was delicious.
Nothing!

The proximity to the beach, the staff, cleanliness
Not many activities for the kids to do at the smiles club during off season

Some staff members who took particular care.
Many. 1. The dal ordered for room service came with a prawn shell. 2. Housekeeping never broomed/wiped the room inspite of the service request 3. Room serviice standard and attention to detail was poor. 4. The bedsheet had small holes in them. 5. Wifi quality was very poor.
