Hospitality was great and managers at front office were very helpful and supportive .
Can be more cleaner and Spa team were not ready when we turned up for services .

Overall experience was good. Infra is superb.
Only thing which I just wanted to highlight and really disappointed us during the stay for six days. The serving pattern of breakfast where we waited more than 30 minutes everyday for just single masala omelette. They have eggs and everything but omelette maker and the guy who was serving it was very slow. Damm slow

Some staff members who took particular care.
Many. 1. The dal ordered for room service came with a prawn shell. 2. Housekeeping never broomed/wiped the room inspite of the service request 3. Room serviice standard and attention to detail was poor. 4. The bedsheet had small holes in them. 5. Wifi quality was very poor.
