Overall experience was good. Infra is superb.

Only thing which I just wanted to highlight and really disappointed us during the stay for six days. The serving pattern of breakfast where we waited more than 30 minutes everyday for just single masala omelette. They have eggs and everything but omelette maker and the guy who was serving it was very slow. Damm slow

Made to feel welcome by the reception staff. The breakfast was excellent, had a large selection of food to choose from and staff serving in the restaurant were very attentive. A very large complex with beautifully kept grounds leading to the beach.

We booked a room for 3 adults and was given a room with a large double bed. There was no single bed for the third adult. Everything in the room was setup for 2 people... 2 cups, 2 glasses etc. Had to ask for extra towels. Felt a bit exposed as there was no frosting on the main glass doors or windows as one had to lift the blinds to get extra light into the room. It would have been nice to have been acknowledged by other staff with a smile. The rooms could do with an upgrade eg: Install USB sockets, improve the WiFi signal, put frosting on the main glass doors.

Many. 1. The dal ordered for room service came with a prawn shell. 2. Housekeeping never broomed/wiped the room inspite of the service request 3. Room serviice standard and attention to detail was poor. 4. The bedsheet had small holes in them. 5. Wifi quality was very poor.
