The location was perfect for me, as being close to the airport was my primary concern. The owner was very accommodating when I arrived earlier than expected. The lodge is self catering but I appreciated the milk, cereal, etc. left for a light breakfast.
If I had to be picky, the walls were quite thin, so I could hear conversations from the guests next door. Other than that, i had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast is not included in the price BUT on arrival I noticed fresh milk and two yoghurts in the fridge, rusks for coffee, two fresh apples and cereals for use. I did not expect that. It was nice. If you drive out of the property for maybe four miles, you will find the lovely Bayswater centre, with lovely shops and places to eat. Beautiful layout garden in front of the rooms.

Reasonable price, location worked for us, neat and clean
Basin in bathroom of room 1 did not drain, towels were very hard, bed light did not work

It was very clean.
It was very cold - no heating available. The air-conditioning did not work.
The rooms are not soundproof.
