The location was ok.

The entire place wreaked of sewage. Rooms were a bit dank, shower was not clean, bathroom lights did not work. Area was loud until the early morning with screaming and noise. Not the vibe.

Good enough for a short stay without dinner

The room was very clean. The shower was really nice and the beds were comfy. Free airport transfer from stop D in the international terminal was quick and easy.

The restaurant was not the most welcoming and the food/experience was okay. Nothing much in the area surrounding only good for a stop off after a flight.

Good rate for a late arrival at the airport

Convenience to airport. Great price for a night's stay if arriving late. Beds good. Big room. Good kitchen

It definitely wasn't very clean. Doors, walls are filthy. Sink wasn't clean. They don't ever get cleaned. The toilet roll holder was half off the wall. We've been here before. And there is always something that is broken.

Great accomodation

Perfect accommodation, before or after your flight! The rooms are spacious and overall clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The locations is great if you have to catch a flight and I loved how spacious and convenient it is.

Our room needed a good vacuum under the bed.

Restaurant had no idea what gluten-free is. I know that is potentially quite a niche. But if you are a gluten-free person like I am, don’t expect to be able to eat at the restaurant.

Just what we needed for a one night stay!

Convenient location for an early morning flight. The free bus to and from the airport was very helpful! The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious, fitting 3 of us comfortably. Very good value for money and would stay again.

The shower temperature was a bit funny and took some fiddling but nothing major.

Treated with kindness and respect in a world that sometimes feels like that is disappearing

Years ago this place did not have a good reputation... I'm glad I gave it a chance... we will definitely stay here again. It started with the way the reception staff responded to my anxiety ridden queries from Australia about the transport changes to and from the airport in the middle of the night. My concerns were answered directly, gently and kindly... this ALONE would have me returning without all the other aspects being good/great. Highly recommend.

Great value. Secure parking. Very spacious. Easy to get the rental car back to the airport.

The breakfast was a wee bit under par. The coffee was gone. The bread was the most inexpensive one could purchase in bulk. AND at the end of underwhelming meal we went over to say “Thank you” to the hostess and all she could say in response was that our breakfast wasn’t included, like she had caught us trying to steal a pair of their crummy mediocre meals. We assured her that the nice lady at the check in desk had made a point of mentioning that our room came with a breakfast. The hostess wasn’t buying it and marched us to the front desk and verified what we were saying with the day manager. After we were vindicated, the lovely hostess just turned around and left. Come to think of it….we probably won’t be back. You might want to check who was working in the restaurant on the morning of Wednesday, November 5. She was awful.

Good place to stay, conveniently located close to Auckland airport and the city

The accommodation offered spacious rooms with a separate kitchen and bathroom. Although the motel isnot exactly new it is good value for money and very conveniently located close to the airport. Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful.

The motel could do with some upgrading but overall fit for purpose and very reasonable price.

Fulfilled our needs for the one night stay we had.

Some small challenges booking in, but these were resolved. The room was in need of refurbishment . Broken towel rail and tired paint work. Restaurant facilities, service and food very good.

I liked the fact that it was close to the airport my flight had been cancelled so it was very convenient cheap enough and great that the shuttle bus stopped by the motel.

I didn't like the restaurant the menu was boring, and the food was not very good even though the prices were the same as restaurants that have beautiful food. I think that needs an update.

Great value, comfortable, convenient, staff lovely.

Easy to find, good value for money, nice basic accommodation for a quick stop over. A simple breakfast and a nice lounge area was great for our family.

Not very soundproof, could hear lots of loud voices and banging next door, sheets had some hairs on them on arrival, a lamp would be great as it’s just the bright fluro lights in the room.
