My first time in this hotel and for sure not last time❤️I love the service so much specially in the private beach Mr Ali was helpful and very kind
He treats us all well I’m really grateful for him also Emad and Ahmed in breakfast were very kind with us

The room was spacious, bed comfortable and large shower. The grounds are lovely. We loved the many pools, restaurants on site and two happy hours a day. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the ride up and down the hill from the hotel and to the Soho Square.

We had a jacuzzi junior suite which had a great view. We booked half board where drinks were generally included (with the exception of at meal times in the off site restaurants). Calm adult only feel. Close to airport.
The food was average and the decor slightly dated. The outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was very dirty. Not terrible but wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
