Acceptable for a short stay and with the Oberstaufen Plus card.
The location is in the Steibis district south of Oberstaufen, but you'll need a car to get around. The area is peaceful and very beautiful. The Oberstaufen Plus card is a plus and very convenient.
The apartment is very small and needs a deep cleaning and some maintenance, such as the stove, curtains, and especially the internet connection. During our three-day stay, the internet had problems that were only resolved late in the afternoon of the third day.

Das Appartement hat regelrecht gestunken, als wir es aufgeschlossen haben. Es war schmutig (Haare auf Boden). Leintuch war auf der rechten Seite voller Flecken. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Kein WLAN. Was nicht schlimm war, weil wir uns dort eh nicht aufhalten wollten.

Appartment in guter Lage
Problemloser Kontakt per Mail mit Mike. Übergabe Schlüssel und Oberstaufen plus Card über Schlüsselbox/Briefkasten. Appartment mit allem ausgestattet was man für 2 Personen braucht. Kochen sollte man nicht wollen, braucht man auch, Gaststätten fußläufig erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Schnee war in Steibis dieses Jahr nicht so optimal, als Alternative können wir Balderschwang empfehlen (30min Fahrt). Schönes Ausflugsziel ist das Hymer Museeum in Bad Waldsee. Die Fahrt dort hin lohnt sich auf alle Fälle.
Schön wäre eine kleine Gardine am Fenster. Da das Appartment unter Straßenniveau liegt, kann man direkt reinsehen (gerade wenn Licht an ist), Hecke bietet nur bedingt Sichtschutz. Kopfkissen sind klumpig. Im Bad fehlen Haken für Handtücher.
