Location was great! Walking distance to everything we were interested in seeing or doing.
Top floor accessible by stairs only. Not good for older or disabled guests.

Amazing location so close to Rouen centre and a huge car park. Fabulous communication (we needed to check in late, the system worked perfectly) very comfy beds, sensible number of pillows, fabulous view, small room but well thought out.
Fine for us, and we knew in advance, but beware that there is no lift and the stairs are narrow and winding (and go on forever!) as it's a very old building

Room was nice and had all the basics. A bit small but ok, with a great view over the palais de justice.

It was in a good place to explore the City.
Our room didn’t lock, so we felt very uneasy. And breakfast wasn’t worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend staying- especially with a family.
