Quick check in, helpful and welcoming receptionist. Breakfast very good, room clean, spacious and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was surprisingly good for hotel dining.
Noise from other guests (school group I think) was so bad I had to contact reception via booking.com. In the restaurant I had to go to the counter to order drinks and foo, and pay, which was odd.

Große wunderschöne Zimmer nobel, sauber und elegant. Wellness Bereich leider nicht genutzt da ich nur 1 Nacht war. Aber wunderschön. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt, sehr einladend und gemütlich alles.
Die Kellnerin war ein wenig streng und schroff aber sonst alles in Ordnung

Zeer mooi hotel. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie Kamer en badkamer. Rustige ligging. Zeer goed ontbijt. Zeer goed restaurant Trattoria). Privé parking.

The hotel looked nice from the outside, the rooms were well decorated in the newer part of the hotel.
The pub/restaurant had a nice vibe and the staff in there were helpful, food was quite good.
There were no safety instructions, eg: fire or emergency instructions which are usually on the door or wall.
There was no manual of things in the hotel, a map of how to navigate around the site, times for breakfast or the restaurant opening times, how things worked (air con, wifi, etc..)
The staff on reception didn't seem to know what to do about these things either and made a moderate effort to help but were quite ambivalent most of the time.
The hotel seem to be pushing it's spa area but this wasn't relevant to us.
