Lokalizacja pierwsza klasa. Spokój, cisza, potok przy domku, zadbany teren, bardzo dobrze przygotowane miejsca do grillowania i na ogniska (i w pogodę i w deszcz), wieczory przy ognisku nad potokiem, wyjątkowa duża, zielona przestrzeń do zabaw z dziećmi. Domek posiadał wszystkie udogodnienia.
