Breakfast is served as from 4am in the morning up to 10am, superb breakfast. The staff are friendly and cleanliness is top notch. great place for both work and vacation.

Great value, friendly staff, and comfy stay near Zurich

The staff were incredibly friendly, we asked for restaurant tips, and they went above and beyond by printing menus and giving us great advice on what to see in Zurich. The room was exactly what you would expect from Ibis: clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and quiet.

Honestly, no complaints! If you are travelling by car, this is a great place to stay with good value for the price.

Very well located hotel. Free parking and Air Con are added bonus. The rooms are clean and bed is comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is mini mart in the petrol station at a walking distance. I wish the room rate is lower, though.

The location was convenient. The staff were friendly.

The room smelled extremely bad (like musty stale cigarettes) when I arrived. Even after airing it out the smell did not go completely. The breakfast was very minimal. It was way overpriced for the state of the rooms.

Expensive Ibis, great staff

This is my third time staying at this Ibis, and can see some definite improvements in customer service over the last 2 stays (one during COVID-19). The staff were helpful and the duty manager/Hotel Manager? even took the time to show me the source of the really nice and pleasant fragrant smell in the lifts and the floors (a nice sandalwood smell) Will definitely stay here again if visiting friends again in Adliswil

I have previously said this is the most expensive Ibis I have stayed in anywhere in the world, and this view hasn't changed, especially considering there's nothing special about it. Although Zurich is expensive in general, there are definitely better options around for a slightly better experience.

Great for the price

we arrived early and they allowed us to check in early. it was such a relief because we came from Hong Kong and we were very tired and sleepy. staff were extra friendly and helpful. the beds that we got were two single beds. it was very narrow but exceptionally comfortable. I didn't know I could sleep so well in that bed.
