Comfortable bed and hot shower. The room was very clean as I expected for Zurich.
We were given a new room with a double bed ( appreciated that),as we had a bad experience with a sewerage smell in our first room. Should not have been given this room to begin with.
No kettle, only one extra pillow, very basic for the money and more than 5km from the city which hindered our brief stay, unfortunately. Staff were ok but quick to communicate which didn’t make it the most pleasant experience. Overall, ok, as they rectified the above issue by changing our room.

Our room was typical for a budget hotel. It is the service we recieved at the front desk that was wonderful. I made a small mistake when booking a second room. The gentleman at the desk very kindly resolved the issue. He was very hekpful.
Our dinner at the hotel resturaunt was very good. We were very happy
very minor issue, but would have loved a kettle in the room.
