    I have a perfect stay with my father for 4 nights at bay ring. Our room is located at 5/F with ocean & pool view! I would like to say Thank You Very Much to all staff at the entrance, front desk, housekeeper and Saltida’s staff & chef as they’re very helpful, polite, and professional:) My room is very clean, cozy and top level of hygiene which I ever had. Housekeeper keeps the same higher level of hygiene standard to clean up my room on every day. Thanks so much! I’m appreciate to choose ANA Intercontinental Ishigaki which provides highest level of services and accommodations compares to other Intercontinental hotels. It would be very excellent if the menu of breakfast buffet can be changed on everyday as I have the same selections for these 4 days breakfast. However, it’s my good choice to stay here! Thank you once again for all ANA Intercontinental Ishigaki’s staff :)

    It’s our first time going to Ishigaki in the group of 4. Our sons (age 5 and 7) were very satisfied with the pools and the ocean park. Room is clean and the bunk beds option is very well fit for family to stay together. Breakfast was nice with variety of choices. We love the Japanese style breakfast buffet a lot. Recommend for family to stay.

    Compare to other hotels (Fusaki Beach Resort for example) the Ocean Wing is not as modern but it offers nice ammenities and a very spacious and comfortable room. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smells amazing. Theres a complimentary nespresso machine with nespresso capsules and twinnings tea. Theres also many drinks and snacks in the mini bar (extra charge). The hotel has a convenient store. Theres washing/drying machine available at an extra charge but very comvenient and users friendly. The hotel is located aprox 45min walk from the city center or around 10min by taxi. Hotel facilities such a beach and pool are nice and lots of open areas to read and relax. All in all love this place.

    Even though around 30% of the tables were empty and the restaurant wasn’t busy, we had to queue for about 20 minutes every morning for breakfast, which clearly indicates a lack of staff. Also it was too simple. We didn't even try the hotel restaurants, way overpriced. Other than that, the resort is fine though we have been to better resorts in Ishigaki
