The reception staff were Amazing!
Even though the venue was full, the staff managed to find a great room for us and they went above and beyond.

Having to speak to people from Accor to try and sort bookings was not useful. The staff on the call at Accor had not heard of the Blue on Blue venue that we stayed at. Luckily the staff at the venue were super helpful.

Great location, a good breakfast and close to ferry terminal.
The bathroom and shower were mouldy and are in need of renovation. The furnishings were worn and we expected more for the cost of the accommodation. Also, the water temperature of the pools were very cold and it would have been nice if they were slightly heated.
