What an incredible winery and farm! Was even nicer than the pictures and website made it out to be. Staff could not have been any more friendly - just incredible. A bunch of extra activities (that you pay for) that kept the kids excited and wanting to come back. We will be back next year!

Its fabulous, expensive maybe or maybe not, depends on how you view it.
Definitely worth a visit. Everything runs like clockwork even had my pillow cover with my initials on it ( made me feel extra special)
So, yes, if you can afford it, then its worth a visit for sure.
Ps, please look after our pottery making experiences masterpieces

I would like to find something to say that wasn't right but I can't
You get a golf buggy to freely wander around, you feel like a vineyard owner for a day ( 2 in our case)
So no, nothing. Ok, they forgot to collect us for dinner one night, but we made our way down in the golf buggy and it still was amazing and good fun travelling back in the dark with the buggy light on.

The products used for preparing the meals were good and obviously there's an effort to get locally sourced fruits and veggies
There are so many activities available for kids and adults as well and the staff doing the activities for kids are very friendly
The vineyard and orchard and olive trees areas are clean and well maintained
Breakfast was late, starting at 8.30 and no other option of getting anything for kids before that time
Staff at the Ancoradouro house was very unwelcoming and the noise they were making while constantly moving tables and chairs around was too much
The road to access the Herdade is very bad
The staff moves around in big jeeps even for little deliveries from one point to another so they are polluting allot and dusting
