Logis Hôtel Restaurant Les 2 Rives - A75, en bordure de rivière

Classic French hotel in a ditto building. Nicely situated on a large private property, along a river. Has its own restaurant which we did not use as the terrace was fully booked (we found an excellent restaurant in a new next village though). The hotel is conveniently at an exit of the motorway.

It took the staff at least 10 minuten before someone realized we stood at the front desk to check in.

Everything. The location was so pretty by the river, we even sat there in the morning on a sun lounger and read a book before leaving. The rooms were very large and over two floors, and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The food in the restaurant was superb, and they even stayed open late as a few of us got stuck in tailbacks following an accident on the motorway. The breakfast was also lovely, outside looking over the river.

If I was being picky it would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, but that is just my preference.

Lovely situation. Very convenient for onward travel, very clean, lovely comfortable bed and great shower.

It was fine for a night. But we booked it because Booking states it has room service. We were traveling with our anxious dog that can't be around a lot of people and we booked this hotel so we could have a quiet meal in our room. But now we were forced to go into the restaurant with our dog. It was fine, but not the most comfortable experience. The food was in the end also not the greatest, little flavor. For one night it was okay, the room was very clean and simple, the best was very comfortable.
