Room 17, the penthouse was fabulous, views are amazing
Room 17, the penthouse, has a kitchen with a sink and microwave, but no utensils, plates, kitchen towels, or hand soap were available for use. We asked for plates and cutlery, but the hotel staff seemed surprised by the request.

My husband forgot his jacket at the Views Hotel .a:short while later we called the hotel to advise he had left his jacket in the cupboard on a hanger.we advised that we will pick it on our way back. When we got there 3 days later. No one knew anything about the jacket.it was disappointing and didn’t leave a good taste on our mouth. No-one really cared
About our loss . We will certainly no stay in this hotel again.
