Lovely stay... great location, stunning views, nice outdoor jacuzzi. We all enjoyed ourselves!

Loved our stay!
The staff are friendly, the view was breathtaking and it is located close to the train station. The spa was terrific after a winter’s day on the mountain. I would stay again.

Location is great, close to train station
Room is across the train tracks, too loud and wakes me up when train passes by. Pool/jacuzzi tile edges are rough and sharp, got me scratches from the edges. It’s water too may have too much chlorine. Breakfast can also be improved, at least offer eggs and or omelets.

Dissapointed with my stay
We did like that the staff was very nice and the location right next to the train station is great. Also, the view from the terrace is amazing. We would stay here again if it was another room with mountain view. Hot tub with a view was very nice and perfect temperature.
Beware if you take the budget room and you are a light sleeper. I was aware that I wasn’t taking a mountain view room, but didn’t expect to not sleep well for the 4 nights we were there. You will not sleep, trains come around all night and you can hear them because you will want to leave the windows open because there is no A/C. You can also hear people walking and talking outside your room. The room was not hot though, it was the perfect temperature (we went in September). If you stay here, make sure you take a mountain view room because these are on the other side and I asume you will not hear the train or other noises. Our view were literally the train tracks and people walking uphill (see photo attached).Also, the bathroom would get completely flooded everytime we took a bath because the shower glass was too short. Our room had very poor ilumination, we could barely see during the night and early morning. Breakfast was very basic, and eggs were not served until 8am, so this can cause some inconvenience if people want to go up to the mountains very early.
