room was very comfortable with a great view, bathroom was good but the hot water supply in sink and shower was very inconsistent, hot one second, cold the next

very sketchy hot water supply in room, and very basic dining facilties

The bar staff were great. It’s right in the centre of town and walking distance to everything.

Could use with some updating. Kogan TV’s were a struggle to work and get live tv but with the staffs help, we got there. But it was bang for buck for the price so can’t complain really.

Spacious room, good facilities, nice bathroom, plenty of bench room with microwave, toaster etc Nice bistro downstairs to have your meals.

Receptionist at front desk was excellent. She was able to give us advice on where to get breakfast and precise directions on how to get to the cafe. She was pleasant and very approachable and nothing appeared to be any trouble to her.

Dining room staff would benefit from some training in people management and hospitality skills. One waitress refused to bring a jug of water and glasses to our table because “she wasn’t allowed to”. This could be avoided if water and glasses were available at the point where meals are ordered. Another staff member refused to honour the discount voucher that we had for our meal. The meal was barely warm enough when it was served.
