We liked the size of the family room, and the room was very well prepared. Breakfast was really nice and lots of choices. We had a good, undisturbed night.
We were staying just a single night and arrived late. Hotel is a large building, we had to walk around the building searching for an entrance, and there are no signs or indication where the entrance was on building sides. It was not a problem for us only, but also for an other couple who were searching the way in at the same time.
Parking next to hotel at that time was fully occupied so we need to park on the street and hand carry the luggage. The person at the reception was polite but not keen to help. Instead of letting my family into the room and finalize formalities with me, my wife with kinds were asked to stay in the lobby and wait there for about 30 minutes meanwhile I was hand carrying luggage from the car parked in distance. A difficulty for all of us in the late evening, after a long drive. A thing that is hard to understand when booking is done online on booking.com, with all personal and credit card details, passports in hand and commitment to pay.
