A nice quick stop with a comfortable bed.

Probably one of the more comfortable beds we had so far on our trip. Bathtub was also quite nice to have. Pretty standard hotel room layout and decent enough breakfast to keep us going for the morning. EV chargers at the back took a little bit to get working, I feel like one of them was not working but the other one got us charged through the night.

Nice, friendly, quiet place

A nice, friendly place. Nice and quiet (leaving aside the seagulls which are everywhere anyway!). Good Buffet breakfast. 5 minute walk to town centre.

A nice hotel

Everything worked as it should, and we even got a balcony! The hotel was nice. Breakfast was good and enough. Parking on site is great.

Some basic cleaning equipment would have been nice, because at the end of our 4 day stay the floor was quite sandy.

You get what you pay for. No frills cheap accommodation. Big bathroom but no hooks or anywhere to put toiletries, clothes or towels.

Room smelled like wet dog. Beds are extremely soft.

Misleading photos and description, rude customer service

They gave us a room on the ground level with a big french window on the road and with the entrance directly from the reception/common area of the hotel (with table football, tv, tables to eat). We called the customer service and told them that neither the description nor the photos of the room we booked showed these features, that the room was noisy and that we should keep the blinds closed all the time to have some privacy from the people/cars on the street. The lady that we talked to was very rude and told us that the didn’t have to indicate any of these informations, that we got a double room as we booked and that if we didn’t like we could go somewhere else. She didn’t want to gave us another double room even if it was 9 pm and on Booking.com we saw there were 4 rooms available. At the end she gave us another room, trying to make us pay some extra money because it had a small kitchen, even if we didn’t ask it. The room we got had a french window that was barely closing and one of blinds was broken. Worst experience we had in Norway, wouldn’t recommend!

Cheap (in comparison to other options) but not cheerful for us.

Good location. 2-3 minute walk to centre of town. Self check in worked well. Reception very quickly answered a question I emailed through.

The bathroom was very dated (broken bath plug hole, orange staining in the sink...). No hand towel provided. The bathroom did not smell clean.

Never received the code and room number

No person at reception. Would be fine if I actually received the room number and code. They stopped responding to my emails after 7pm and I didn't have a Norwegian phone number to call. I wish there was a phone in the lobby for me to use to call. I paid for the hotel but never got to sleep there that night. Ended up sleeping in the car. Horrible night, horrible experience

Comfortable stay, very easy

Location close to the center, free parking and dog friendliness. Room was spacious and comfortable. We also got to Check in early which was great as it was raining a lot outside and we had bit so much to do.

No hand towels or bathmats. While the shower was very good, the shower screen didn't block all of the water and floor got very wet while showering.

The bed is most uncomfortable one. You can't find worse bed in Norway. Only in dumpster maybe... You pay extra 20eu for a kitchenet that doesn't even have a pan. Let alone microwave or oven. Place doesn't have sorting trash facility. Only space for pant on 1st floor. No TV in the room. Which is Okey. But tv on 1st floor doesn't work as well. The common area is nice but playing area is over used and needs replacement. Regarding bed again. It should be replaced. You can't sleep on it. You literally fall down to the floor. Like a hammock... insane. 100eu. What for? I don't know. This place should cost 20eu max. Yes you get space but what do you need it for? It says family size room. Yeah if family of 1 comes to your place indeed.

Great place to stay a rainy night to sink down in the bathtub

Good location close to the center. Quiet, clean, comfy beds and a nice bathtub.

Some minor things; toiletpaper holder was on a bad spot so it was hard to get paper and was loosening from the wall. Only one lamp at the bed worked. The shuffleboard game didnt had any sand to it.

Disappointing quality

It was clean

Poor standard of furniture (mainly cheap quality) that is not wearing well, bed (uncomfortable),chair not of standard suitable for multiple use, door to terrace are unlocked and also very difficult to lock, blind on tge door not fitting window either side, same damaged and too short by 20 cms to keep light out, cushions poor quality of no value, kettle but no cups, microwave up at 180cm height so unusable. I also had to change my date dye to flight changes and bookin.com did not facilitate me to do this change, when I contacted Fast Hotels directly they added a charge of 450 Kr onto original price. I'm very DISSATISFIED.

• clean • easy access and check in

• we ended up in a room (101) right next to the shared space where people hang out and eat. the noise and smell of food went straight to our room • thus, as the hotel is in a hiking area, I think it’s big problem to have no hangers in the room to put you clothes and dry them. definitely not worth the price, for this room at least.

I didn't like the bathroom. The bathtub was inclined and the faucet could't open up all the way because it hit the wall.
