Spacious room and friendly staff.
Rooms and buildings felt a bit clinical, like a hospital campus. Breakfast was overcrowded and mediocre food and drink quality. It was fine for one night.

We booked last minute and got 2 upgrades as staff were very accommodating when we said we needed a balacony. room was gorgeous and ac worked well. good facilities in room and many activities around the hotel. good service to and from reception with golf biggies. great smoke shop nearby but far away enoigh hotel that it doesn’t affect kids
the only thing we weren’t a fan of was the location as apart from a small strip of couple restaurants and shops it was definitely a place to stay if your wanting to only go out couple times in evenings as taxis are about 20 mins to anywhere busy

We stayed in a 4 bedroom penthouse and it was amazing. Super luxury apartment and very clean.
Great helpful staff and very comfy beds.
Although very busy with many guests the breakfast offered a great variety of food and they made it work.
The kids loved the water park next door
Lots of people at the big pool close to the beach and very expensive drinks / food in the restaurant. (Especially for being Thailand).

Best thing was the waterpark that’s included in the stay.
So much noise from the airport and neighbors.
They were slow at answering on message on booking.com.
