El trato del personal siempre fue muy amable. Su Estacionamiento es muy amplio.
La alfombra de nuestra habitación ya estaba demasiado deteriorada, ademas tenia un olor desagradable entre orina y humedad , tratado de cubrirse con mucho aromatizante pero no se lograba al 100%. La mesita donde iba el telefono estaba a dos de caerse. Las cortinas del black out tenían hoyos. En la habitacion no habia ni plancha ni secadora de pelo. El restaurante aunque me explicaron no es directamente del hotel está muy mala la comida de los tres platillos que pedimos ninguno nos gustó ni los jugos, ni el pan de la casa , solo el café.

La ubicación y las instalaciones son bonitas
El ruido que se escucha en el pasillo y en las habitaciones de los lados. Además el estacionamiento estaba muy saturado y al principio no nos dejaban entrar.
También la alfombra de mi habitación estaba muy sucia y por las fotos me esperaba la habitación más cómoda

We had booked days before and the room we got the last time was clean, confortable so we decided to book here again but this time the room was not as shown in pictures. The couch had stains, the carpet looked very old, the bed box was made of fabric and was ripped.
