Central conditioning, otherwise we would not survive in these hot days.
For breakfast, there is a limited choice, mainly sweets, very limited choice of fruits and vegetables. Staff is not truly friendly at breakfast, you should always ask for some food if not available at a buffet, even for water. Quite small rooms, although we booked a room with a balcony sea view, you would not use it as it should always be closed even with jalousie , otherwise it would be too warm inside. The location is close to the sea, it is a very crowded place. I would recommend to go to Cessanatico village port area with nice fish restraint.
