Definitely not 4 star quality. Overly expensive. Disappointing stay :-(

The view was spectacular. The outdoor pool and spa facilities are beautiful. The petting zoo and pony riding offer for the kids was very nice. Very nice kids play area. Spacious family room with lovely balcony and beautiful view of the valley.

It definitely wasn’t 4 star quality. For the price it was very disappointing. The rooms are old fashioned and definitely didn’t seem like a 4 star hotel quality. Kettle and cups in room but no coffee or tea. Serving staff were passive, not very friendly or helpful. Staff never came to take order in the evening or to offer coffee in the morning. We had to approach staff to place order. Expect more hospitality for the price. The spa opened at 15:00 and closed at 19:00 despite on the brochure saying that it was open from 09:00-21:00 meaning we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. Apart from the spectacular views, was a disappointing and expensive stay.

Great vacation!!

The hotel is very clean, the location ia 10-15 min by car from the ski area, kaprun or zell am see. We liked the pool, the sauna, the food is very tasty, we practically liked everything and we want to come back next year. It is a great location for families with kids also!

The water temperature from the pool, could be a little higher, 5 degrees higher it would be perfect.

Tasty dinner

The Hotel is not for adults, but for kids. You have to count with it because they are everywhere and there is really big noise especially during breakfast and dinner. Dinner is really most early, I do not why, if because of kids, but if you plan trip to mountains you must hurry up else you are this day hungry. Yes, there is swimming pool, but outdoor part is closed early, at 6pm and indoor part is closed at 9pm but it is too small to swimming. I selected this hotel because of 4 stars and swimming pool but I made mistake.

Great meals, great service, great spa area, good drinks from the bar.

Outdoor swimming pool opened for 1 hour a day and temperature was too low to feel comfortable just chilling. Would recommend more for families with kids.

Very beautiful hotel in a small village. Peaceful and quiet. VERY fancy spa area, better than in many big hotels. Also have a gym (although I didn't use it). Very nice service and meals. Big rooms. NO complains. There are 2 big ski resorts in distance of 15 mins drive. One was open in the summer (went for snowboarding in June :)).

Nothing serious. Stuff that could be serious - was solved pretty quick by the team.

Super stay, would definitely come back

Super location and premises. The rooms are big and the views are incredible. The saunas are very modern and super enjoyable. The Kräutersauna had such a nice aroma, it was super relaxing to enjoy it after a day of hiking. Breakfast was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the fresh hot milk from the local cows.

Maybe the dinner options could be a bit improved.

Family hotel - not expect what see and read in description.

Looked good for families with small children.

Totally not as showed in picture - reality is much much different to worse side. Reception was strange and totaly unprepared we will visit (demonstrated attitude - so we felt not welcome). Pool - forget about that. Breakfast average.

Schöne Lage zwischen den Bergen und tolle Aussicht. Sehr familiär. Leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und frischen Produkten. Abendessen als Menü war auch sehr lecker. Wellnessbereich sehr groß. Outdoor Pool mit tollem Ausblick. Morgenpost mit Infos für den Tag.

Fijne verblijf gehad, veel kleine kinderen maar wij hebben geen last van gehad

Eten met buffet (ontbijt en diner) was heel lekker, super goed geregeld, personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben niks gemist.

Wij hebben een kamer gehad in een naburig gebouw, de kamer (21) was een beetje outdated maar verder een prima kamer.

Excellentes vacances à la montagne

Excellent hotel. Situé dans une vallée calme et agréable, à 15 minutes en voiture de Kaprun. L'hotel convient idéalement aux familles. Nous y étions avec nos 2 enfants de 9 et 3 ans. Pour les petits il y a un espace dédié dans lequel ils peuvent jouer en sécurité, plus une seconde aire de jeu avec une piscine à balle pour un peu plus d'action Pour les plus agés la table tactile leur permet de jouer à plusieurs et de sociabiliser. Il y a aussi d'autres jeux (air hockey, babyfoot, billiard). Mention spéciale pour la petite remontée mécanique derrière l'hotel qui permet de faire de la luge et même de s'entrainer pour le ski, c'est un énorme atout de l'hôtel. La nourriture est vraiment très bonne, que ce soit les plats ou les buffets. La chambre que nous avions était confortable, propre et suffisamment spacieuse pour 4. Le rapport qualité/prix de l'hotel est excellent. Si nous avons l'opportunité d'y retourner, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
