Parkplatz überdacht und im Schatten (ursprünglich nicht vorgesehen). Sehr ruhige Lage. Weit ab vom Schuss.
Wohnung ist etwas dunkel. Entfernung zur Rezeption und zum Supermarkt zu Fuß 6-8 Minuten.

De ligging en het uitzicht vanaf het hart van het ( sterk verouderde) complex is prachtig! Ook de vriendelijke dames bij de receptie deden hun best om te zoeken naar oplossingen. Vanuit het complex is het een minuut of 10 rijden naar Palau. Waar de strandjes zijn etc.
Het is een sterk verouderd en matig onderhouden complex, dat is goed merkbaar aan de slechte geluidsisolatie. De appartementen zijn enorm gehorig. Ook qua interieur, keuken en badkamer sterk aan renovatie toe. Het complex doet bijna Oost Europees aan. De galerijen zijn voorzien van enorm veel trappen. Ook als je goed ter been bent, vonden wij dat bezwaarlijk. Er wordt verhuurd met Wifi, maar dat is er niet. Hooguit in de algemene buitenruimte bij het centrale gebouw van het complex.
