Het ontbijt was zelfgemaakt en heel zorgvuldig verzorgd. Heerlijke sinaasappeljam!!
Ik ervoer Griekse gastvrijheid en aandacht, niets viel tegen. Let wel op als je met de auto komt dat je bij Galaxidi al van de weg af gaat en dan de borden volgt naar Maistros, je GPS leidt over een supersmal weggetje dat echt heel lastig begaanbaar is. In de eerste versnelling met een schietgebedje naar boven…

Εξαιρετικό ! Καθαρό! Πανέμορφο ! Υπέροχα διακοσμημένο, ζεστό, φιλόξενο, ένα ησυχαστήριο μέσα σε έναν ολανθιστο κηπο ! Οι οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετικοί ! Γλυκύτατοι ! Το πρωινό πλούσιο, όλα χειροποίητα, κεράσματα, άνθρωποι με μεράκι που προσφέρουν μια γενναιόδωρη παραδοσιακή φιλοξενία .

Το Μαίστρος βρίσκεται σε ένα πανέμορφο οικισμό λίγο πιο έξω από το Γαλαξείδι, μέσα σε μια έκταση γεμάτη δέντρα και ελιές που κατευθείαν σε κάνουν να χαλαρώσεις και να αφεθείς στη φύση. Το διαμέρισμα έχει ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε και ήταν πεντακάθαρο με ωραίες λεπτομέρειες. Το πρωινό της κυρίας Δήμητρας μύριζε ζεστασιά, από κέικ και ψωμάκια, μέχρι μαρμελάδες και ομελέτα ήταν όλα χειροποίητα και πεντανόστιμα. Τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την προσοχή και τη φιλοξενία!
Δεν υπήρχε τίποτα που να μην μας αρέσει. Αν κάτι θα έκανε πιο άνετη τη διαμονή θα ήταν ίσως το μέγεθος της ντουζιέρας να είναι λίγο μεγαλύτερο.
