Perfect place to relax

Stunning view, friendly staff, excellent food at the restaurant, fews steps to a beautiful bay. We have been here in September, which is I suppose low season already, and we were amazed on how quiet it was. Totally recommended.

Small towels, no welcome water. Basic cooking ingredienta such as salt, oil, coffee would have been appreciated.

Great place to stay :)

Room looked just like on the pictures. We had a superb view on the sea. A great feature was a small private garden next to the balcony. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Room is located over the bar/restaurant owned by the same people but acoustic isolation is great, you dont have to worry about the noise. AC and all equipment worked perfectly fine.

Parking spot is not private - you have to park on public spots. Room could have been cleaner.

Very nice

Great hosts, comfortable beds, clean apartments, sea view from the room balconi with amazing sun sets. There is a very nice restaurant on spot where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner seeved by a nice and friendly girl waitress. A mini market is in the same building. Just in front of the apartments’ building there is a taxi-boat 15 minutes ride to nearby bigger village of Rogoznica. All staff members were really super kind to us and we had a very nice short stay in Razanj.

Excellent acommodation, by the beach, see view! The appartmant was clean, beautiful terace with see view and parking. The host is great! There is a restaurant and mini market in the house. Quiet and peacfull. We will be back!

We liked the apartment with SIDE sea view - because of the cool big terrasse

we had room 4 - studio apartmant with side sea view - which was nice for us because - it had nice cool shadow all day on the big terrasse- but still with nice sea view. Very modern layout with kitchen. And the resaurant is just there and small supermarket downstairs

as this terrasse facing backwards - there were some noise late in the night from neighbors staying at the back

The room was really nice, we had a room with a view to the sea. Bathroom need a little modernisation🙂the bed was comfortable. And there is a very nice restaurant under the appartement with a sea view als owned by the host family.

Very nice apartment with the restaurant, they made breakfast and dinner for us :) Food was nice. The apartment is directly to the sea, where we spent our free time with family and our dog. I had the most incredible experience staying at Apartament Horizont! Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to share my positive feedback. Great apartment, great location, great staff, highly recommended

Good size apartment with modern facilities and very clean. There is a very large terrace/balcony that is ideal for relaxing, eating on etc with a great view of the sea. The apartment is just 20 metres from the sea and the area has a lot of beaches that are not over-crowded. There is a great restaurant in the building with a good menu and fresh seafood. They serve all day so can have breakfast, lunch and dinner there. There is also a small shop for basics plus they sell great, home-made ice cream there. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and always available. Overall, I’d highly recommend for a lazy beach holiday for the family

The locality was great, everything was close to the apartment (Restaurant, market, Beach) view was just stunning, we spent long nights sitting on the terrace laughing and enjoying the wonderful smell of sea and fish cooking in the restaurant right beneath our apartment.

The photos from booking didnt really match our apartment, we got different room, but after all our stay was just wonderful, owners were very helpful and smiling all the time.

Great host, great place, great view

Great location, very quiet place with amazing view. We wish we could have stayed longer. We had a problem with our car and Željan (the host) helped us a lot. He is very caring and looks after his guests. I highly recommend this place.

Do not recommend this place

When paid 159 Euros extra for a seaview room that we had already paid for, we could enjoy beatiful sunsets. No other attractions.

Not all the rooms are seaview as advertised on booking.com website. The owner of the place claimed it was booking.com that did not inform clearly of this fact. We feel cheated. We are not going to visit the place again. We are not going to recommend the place to anybody.

APARTAMENTO MEDIO PERO CON VISTAS Y UBICACIÓN DESTACABLE

La ubicación hace que el resto de cosas pasen a un segundo plano, las vistas y la facilidad andando en 1min a zonas de baño que son como pequeños embarcaderos individuales, son geniales. El aparcamiento es muy limitado eso sí, pero en parte seguro será esta una de las razones para que sea un lugar tranquilo. En el apartamento desayunos y cenas en la terraza y el resto de tiempo fuera del alojamiento... el espacio no daba para más.

El apartamento que nos toco era un poco justo en lo referente al espacio para cuatro personas y la cocina se veía vieja y con menaje muy justo, pero lo que más necesita cambio es el mobiliario de terraza, mantenimiento toldo y la limpieza del suelo de esta, mejorable al 100% todo, ya que solo por las vistas y el espacio tiene un potencial enorme con algo de inversión.

Vue mer partielle. Des équipements vieillots, aucune porte fermait toutes les huisseries étaient usées ou cassées. Ce n’est pas agréable d avoir un logement ouvert à plein vent… surtout à ce prix! Les deux fenêtres étaient cassées…

niets; tip: er zijn geen strandbedden aan de kustlijn (te huur) dus neem een matje oid mee

En lugn pärla vid havet

Läget! 20 meter sen hoppar du i havet från en av många bryggor. Tyst, lugnt område. Mycket fräsch lägenhet med havsutsikt mycket rymlig och välutrustat kök. Mycket garderober och gott om plats för oss som var fem personer. AC i alla rum. Sköna sängar och mjuka kuddar ett extra plus. Trevlig värd och bra mottagande när vi checkade in. Restaurangen och jourbutik på plats bra med okej priser. Bil rekommenderas. Finns ett par restauranger samt en mindre jourbutik på plats men vill du ha ett bredare utbud så är det ca 15-20 minuter med bil.

Lite trångt vid parkeringen, kom inte med en för stor bil ;)
