Its always nice and clean.
The staff is super nice and very polite.
Special thank you to the Bartender Nidia super nice lady always making sure the drinks are nice and cold.she even go the extra mile she was off one day she new there was no beer because of issues with the order she knows i visit the bar every day and make sure there was club colombia beer at the bar she made my day:)
Also a thank you to Luis Suares super nice guy and making sure everything was smooth,they made our stay super super good.

The room is comfy. Good value for money. Would recommend.
Breakfast is absurdly overpriced. It's not worth it.

The services, restaurant and staff.
The room (standard double) bought was not at the level of the stars of this hotel. We called 3 times the reception about our Inefficiencies: wc didn’t flooding, the room was cold and a lot of point of charge are off. when we did the check out we demanded a better room for the next staying.
