I like the front desk ladies mainly Cindy and Fiona who were very patient, accommodating and friendly to all customers. Also special mention to security guard Mr Wang 王. He was very friendly and assisted everyone and always greeted us when he sees us. Even a simple : ‘ 你们回来啦’ when we came back to the property made us feel warm and welcomed!
I couldn’t use the wifi at all. It was so slow u just give up. Understand that certain international apps without vpn cannot be assessed easily but Red note, mei tuan etc was also not connected well as well

We highly recommend the Somerset Riverview. The location is really handy, the room was really nice and spacious, with an amazing view. The staff is both professional and friendly, and makes you always feeling comfortable and welcome.
A special mention for the staff at the entrance, always helping and welcoming.
