While the location is good, I would bot stay again. The check in was horrible waited one hour and no apology, just rude behavior. Clearly a management issue to allow poor behavior. Standard Brazilian breakfast. Female worker just stood wirh her clipboard in hand and watched as tables sat dirty. Watching this type of behavior again shows poor management. The room was hot because Air conditioning wasn't working. Water in shower couldn't be turned off and wasted resources. This was the worst place I stayed in two months traveling South America. Pick another place.

If you book this hotel expect to be locked out of your room every day after the room has been cleaned. Hotelroom card would not work afterwards. Reception staff are completely useless, they don't listen and just look at you like you are stupid. Absolute garbage.

We were traveling with a baby and wanted to check in an hour early, but the receptionist was cold and not especially helpful. So we waited for an hour with the mosquitoes in a hot lobby while the receptionist seemed more interested in being on her phone than offering us water or seeing if there was anything that she could do to make us comfortable while we waited. A maintenance man was helpful in offering us a flyer for the restaurant across the street. Upon check-in, Fernando (a different receptionist) was friendly and courteous. The elevator was entirely too small for two people with a baby, two bags and a stroller and in questionable condition. The rooms did not look like the photos and were bare and in poor condition. No outlets, had to unplug the refrigerator to charge our phones. A friendly staff member did upgrade us to a room with a bigger bed. Long wait for hot water in the shower. Asked for blankets at 8:30pm, told to wait until 9:40pm and then come downstairs and fill out a form.
