Location, beautiful spa and concerned staff
Unfortunately we had a 3 day stay in 3 different rooms-limited our ability to travel locally but management did their best to accommodate us.

Lovely property, great location. Staff were friendly
Better access to pool towels. Two provided in room but if you put those in the basket by the pool at the end of the day you have to then try to find new ones somewhere? Maybe being replenished on an evening turndown or a cupboard in reception would be handy
