Overall, location of the hostel is very good and staff is just awesome.

Staff is very friendly and they speak very good english. They take time to explain the attractions near by to visit.

Dinner times closes by 7pm which we felt bit early. Very less parking. We have to park our car outside on the streets though it was quite safe.

The breakfast was decent.

The hostel is very pricey for what is being offered. We had to make our own beds. My husband found the cap of a bottle on his bed. This made us wonder if our room had been cleaned after the previous guest. The bathroom had a smell to it. We stayed in an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen in Garmisch for 3 nights, before coming to the hostel. The price/night of the apartment was less than the hostel. Just not worth it.

Not recommended to stay at all

Nothing

No wifi in the room, not clean, breakfast is just nothing other than bread and milk (no eggs no cheese no juice no legumes), very expressive price, very far from the center. Not recommended to stay at all. They charged me an extra amount for bus tickets that I didn't use at all. The building is a dormitory for school students, there is a lot of noise, screaming and chaos all the time

Great hostel

Basically everything was great! The place is very clean and neat, food was simple but very good (both breakfasts and dinners). Given the covid circumstances, this hostel was taking it very seriously and made quests adhere it to strict mask policy,also took care of shared spaces and the food area. It felt safe without loosing any comfort.

The hostel is ca 3 km from the city center however this was not a big problem as it was possible to take the bus. There was no WiFi in the rooms.
