We booked through Booking.com for 4 nights, 4 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 6, 8) in 3 rooms. At check-in, the hotel in

We booked through Booking.com for 4 nights, 4 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 6, 8) in 3 rooms. At check-in, the hotel informed us that they had received our booking with children’s ages listed as 0,0,0 (apparently a technical error from Booking.com). They updated the ages and allowed us to enter the rooms. The next day, when we returned to the hotel around 22:00, one of the rooms was locked, and the hotel refused to open it unless we paid an extra charge of €189 per room (€378 for two rooms), claiming it was due to the children’s ages. They only gave us access after payment. This situation caused us stress and felt unfair and unprofessional.

I would definitely recommend this Motel if you have a car and will be staying mostly by the pool.

Breakfast was typical of continental hotels - very satisfactory. Staff were on the whole very friendly. It is a beautifully decorated hotel and quite luxurious.

One of the reception team was quite confrontational about a bag we brought in and accused us of bringing in food to eat in our rooms. Apart from this, staff was very courteous, so I would say this was an isolated incident. The day we arrived I rang the hotel when we were at the bus stop but the receptionist ( I believe it was the confrontational employee above) did not offer to call us a taxi and instead gave me a series of numbers to ring. We ended up walking the 10 minutes. Information on the local area was minimal. The location of the sauna was never made clear and the spa is not ready, only under construction ( as of Aug 2022). At the pool the attendant quickly reprimanded me for wearing shoes on the pool deck, but the signage for this location rule was minimal.

Molto bello, profumo di pulito, stanza calda accogliente pulita e spaziosa. Personale veramente gentile. Colazione veramente ottima e anche il prosecco bevuto il giorno prima molto buono.

Consigliato per chi vuole farsi 2 giorni di relax.

Inizialmente ero un po' scettico ma devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene, dalla pulizia ( non è facile in un posto cosi grande) al personale. Piacevole la Spa. Posizione ottima, a 5 minuti dall'autostrada.

Non sono un assiduo frequentatore di hotel/motel 4 stelle, ma se devo trovare una piccola pecca, forse potrebbe esser il rapporto qualità prezzo (non per tutte le tasche)

Tutto molto pulito, la stanza non grande ma sufficiente per 2 persone, piscina ottima, colazione abbondante e di qualità

Ho avuto un problema con la vasca idromassaggio all’interno della camera: alla mia segnalazione, la risposta datami è stata letteralmente: “almeno speriamo che non scoppi….” . Non volevo rompere l’anima chiedendo di cambiare camera, ma a quella risposta mi sono un po’ pentito di essere stato educato

Красивый мотель для «романтического» уединения.

Мы остались в восторге от номера с джакузи, сауной и тропическим душем. Всё продумано до мелочей. Огромная удобная кровать, очень чисто, современно, со вкусом. Красивый фальш-камин в номере, халат, тапочки, шампанское. Сам мотель очень красиво декорирован.

В SPA мы так и не попали, хотя резервировали именно ради спа и крытого бассейна. Оказывается, нужно было резервировать заранее и мест для нас уже не было. В округе нет ни одного ресторана, в мотеле его тоже нет. Мы долго бесполезно бродили по округе, потом пришлось вернуться и ехать на машине в поисках еды. Завтрак очень скудный. Ни овощей, ни фруктов. Три вида мясной нарезки, только свинина, которую мы не едим. Это не семейный мотель, детям там не место. Скорей место для «романтического» отдыха.

Très bonne expérience du motel.

La disponibilité du personnel. Voiture garée juste devant la chambre mais sortie à l'intérieur de l'établissement. Chambre très propre et suffisamment grande. A deux pas du stand de tir de Lonato et près de l'autoroute. Endroit calme même s'il est a proximité de l'autoroute. Bonne isolation phonique!

Petit déjeuner très bon mais un peu trop succinct.
