Pool facility was good, location was quiet. Staff were most helpful.

Had to travel to get food and entertainment. Only facility on site was the possibility to purchase breakfast pastries the night before. Would have been helpful to know how the accommodation was to be left ie bins emptied, where to leave towels etc

Light interior colors, closed area, all neccessary kitchen equipment

Terrace is good thing, but to use it for meals in the same time when upstairs neighbours, not good idea, because dust and dirt falls downs. And sound isolation could be better, because we heard every step of every upstairs neighbour.

Pool was clean and tidy. Apartment had all we needed for our stay. We had a heatwave when we were there and they provided every apartment with a decent fan without prompting.

Staff weren't the easiest to work with. Had a poorly child and the staff gave us a the doctors number. Would.have thought they would have called the doctor to help translate.

Very good value for money. The 6 people house was perfect, close to the swimming pool, it was very quite all the time. We loved our stay there.

The private terrasse is completely open and lacks privacy. People can walk by and see everything.

Given the Covid restrictions it was a very pleasant stay and the place grew on us .

Staff very pleasant but should be a bit more knowledgeable on local attractions and bike tracks . We loved the bikes and the trip into town . We liked the forest and did some yoga there . The overall peace and quiet , other guests were very quiet and respectful.

House wasn’t very clean , Given the price expected a higher standard of cleanliness . Paying for the safety deposit box , lack of washing facilities . The property was very tired and the exterior was dirty especially the decking .

Bad

Firstly, the photographs used to advertise this residence had to be about 10 years old. The state of the house was shocking. Not only was it much older and ‘used’ than in the photos but it was also filthy. The level of cleanliness was unacceptably low. The level of customer service was inexistant both at the residence and from the website of Pierre et Vacances. The staff (while friendly) was unhelpful and we got the feeling that they were understaffed because of covid19. The pool hours were limited and no chaise lounges were allowed to be used...which isn’t the case in most vacation rental properties in France. If you were to ask me if I recommend this residence my response is a quick and stern no. Try somewhere else.

pas de volet dans la chambre et éclairage permanent sur le bâtiment d'en face donc pas de possibilité d'obscurité malgré les rideaux car la fenêtre était dans un renfoncement donc la lumière passait par l'interstice. Seulement deux vestiaires pour l'espace piscine chauffée

La propreté, L’emplacement du cottage, le service, lit bébé déjà monté à notre arrivé. Calme.

Pas de set café, (dosette soluble ou thé), température limite (17degrés en haut) pour faire dormi notre bébé.

Amplio pero ya nos habíamos quedado anteriormente y en la casita que nos dieron está vez en 2 cuartos solo había camas individuales.

La alberca creo que ya necesita un poco de mantenimiento.

-krumme und schiefe Küchenschränke -keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad für Kleider etc -Schlafzimmer ohne Schrank -Kleiderschrank im Wohnbereich -Löcher in Badezimmerwand -Heizung im Bad war aus "Sicherheitsgründen" außer Betrieb! -Pfannen und Töpfe stehen unten im Schrank neben dem Mülleimer!

Excellent séjour pour toute la famille.

Dommage que des personnes réservent des transats alors qu'ils sont dans la piscine intérieure. Nous avons adoré la situation de notre réservation, au calme complet, sauf le soir où des jeunes jouaient au ballon très tard dans la nuit. Comme ce n'était pas toujours les mêmes, il a fallu intervenir gentiment à plusieurs reprises. Un panneau indiquant les heures à respecter serait le bienvenu. Excellente literie.

Indiqué précédemment : les jeux de ballon très tardifs, alors qu'il était nécessaire de dormir vélux ouverts vu la chaleur.

Propreté et confort Bien isolé Literie confortable Assez spacieux (mise à part une chambre vraiment riquiqui) Gros plus pour les doubles wc et doubles douches très utile dans un logement pour 7 ! Piscine Grand parking gratuit Calme appréciable et bonne situation géographique

Piscine un peu petite, quand c'est pas plein ça va mais dès que la résidence est complète c'est une catastrophe... Il a fallu négocier dur pour obtenir 3 oreillers supplémentaires (on était 7 personnes et c'était 7 oreillers pas un de plus et visiblement ils ne pouvaient pas en donner plus qu'un par personne ils n'en avaient pas assez...) Finalement j'ai pu en avoir plus, mais ça n'a pas été évident ! Peut être investir dans des oreillers serait intéressant ?! Je pense qu'il est normal qu'on puisse avoir besoin de 2 oreillers pour dormir.... Et c'est bien la première fois qu'un hôtel où une résidence pose soucis là dessus...) Entretien moyen : porte de lave vaisselle cassée, douche bouchée, serrure de porte d'entrée qui force ... Manque d'un placard dans la chambre parentale

Zeer fijne vakantie op een mooie plek .

De omgeving van Pornichet is er leuk voor een vakantie. Ook voor jongeren. Het huis en het zwembad zijn meer dan voldoende. Het personeel bij de receptie is erg behulpzaam en spreken goed Engels.

De slaapbank in de woonkamer is verouderd en zit niet fijn. Ook het de viranda kan wel een verfbeurt gebruiken.
