La Résidence Luang Prabang was a real disappointment. The service was poor, and almost everything felt half-done or badly managed. The facilities are mediocre at best and nowhere near the standard you would expect at this price point. I genuinely do not understand why it costs around three times the nightly average when it underperforms in basically every category. For that kind of money, you expect quality, attention to detail, and a smooth experience, not a hotel that feels overpriced and underwhelming.”
