the experience was great the view was amazing and the room was set out beautifully. great place to relax and have a fun time, would definetly stay again.

nothing the stay was perfect staff were wonderful and everything exceeded expectations can't wait till we can come back again.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were well equipped. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot spa, and having two bathrooms in the apartment made our stay much more comfortable for our family.

We booked this room because the photos showed a beautiful sea view. However, when we arrived, the view was almost completely blocked by trees. After speaking with reception, we were told that the Booking.com listing states the view is "not guaranteed." That was extremely disappointing. If the sea view isn't guaranteed, there are plenty of other accommodation options in Airlie Beach that we could have chosen. The listing gives the impression that this is what the room will look like, but the reality was very different. Advertising photos of a clear sea view when guests may instead receive a room with the view blocked by trees is misleading. We feel the listing should more accurately reflect what guests can realistically expect.
