    Great hotel as usual . However , nothing to shout about this hotel as what we expected from a ritz Carlton hotel. Facilities was ok , restaurants was ok , lounge was ok .

    Location-wise, it’s very convenient if you’re visiting Tokyo Midtown as the hotel is located at the top floors of the tower.

    Extremely over-priced, not worth the money. Overall food tastes bad, breakfast is horrible. Staff & service can be better.
