Great location and a spacious, comfortable and clean apartment
Toilet wasn’t working so had change to an apartment where the shower wasn’t working- ended up having to shuttle between both!

We booked it super last minute, having missed the last train home and the whole process was super simple. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the apartment had everything we needed. Was very spacious, comfortable (great bed, duvet and pillows) and clean and extremely quiet - you’d never know you were in an extremely busy part of London. Location was perfect for us, directly opposite the train station
Sofa was clearly very old, marked up and not too comfy and the shower was a little shabby.
