The space & quietness

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. We initially had a room that was quite noisy and we asked to be moved. The staff did that without any drama and we were pleased with the outcome. The apartment is very close (50m) to the Bishopsgate entrance to Liverpool Street Station, which makes getting to the Underground easy. There's also Tesco and M&S supermarkets very handy.
While the building has a lift, you still need to climb some stairs (maybe 5-6) to reach the main corridors to most rooms.

I’ve stayed here many times and love the location
I had a mouse in my room . I had to be relocated at night and move all my luggage. . I would of thought the least the management could have done was refund me for that night of inconvenience
