Wonderful hotel, superb staff…We had a wonderful stay! Lucie and Geraldine were exceptional- their warm smiles, professionalism and genuine hospitality plus walking that extra mile to meet our requests made us truly welcomed.

The staff at the front desk were really friendly and welcoming.
The waterfront location and pool were perfect whilst being very easily walkable into the main town. The beach was incredible.
The room was clean, quiet and cool. Bike storage was secure and easily accessible.

I was disappointed by the hotel and service. The room was very small and the bathroom was extremely small with just a sliding door which is not very private. I was expecting to use the restaurant and bar to watch the sun go down, if i had known they would be closed I would have brought some wine to drink on our balcony.
The receptionist was clearly stretched especially during breakfast with tables not being cleared... we had to do it ourselves. My booking also stated free welcome drinks which never materialised. I was also expecting breakfast to be included in the high price
The receptionist told us the pool was heated, but it clearly wasn't We could only stay in a few minutes. We have a pool at home so we know what the temperature should be
Overall not a great experience. This was a special occasion to celebrate my 60 th birthdayI
