We had a really good stay at this hotel. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the hotel offers great value for money. The room size was good and very functional, and everything inside the room was clean and well-maintained. We felt comfortable throughout our stay.

Great place in a nice, convenient location.

We upgraded to a suite and the room was decently sized (for Europe). It had a nice mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove, sink, dishes, and utensils. These came in handy, even for our 3 night stay. The curtains blocked out the early morning light well so we were not awakened too early. The Plaisance metro station was a 5-10 minute walk which gave us easy access to most of the city that we wanted to travel to.. We purchased a pass for two days allowing unlimited use. This worked out great. Having the breakfast included was convenient, saving us the time to search out a place every morning.. We could grab breakfast (which was well stocked with many options, hot and cold), and be on our way for the day's sightseeing. There were plenty of restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner, as well as markets for drinks and snacks. Overall we were very happy our choice to stay here.

We did not like the fact that the toilet was not located with the shower and sink, rather it was located near the "kitchen" area. We ended up using the kitchen sink to wash our hands after using the toilet, since it was closest. Odd design choice. But this was only minor and would not deter us from returning.

Double paiement

The fact that I was oblige to pay when I arrived to the hotel, I explained that I already paid via Booking but nobody want to hear me I was obliged to wait more than two weeks et several emails in order to have my money back Really disappointed

The room was spacious, a miracle for Paris, Parking in the building to a quite reasonable price, very nice and helpful stuff, it was like a studio apartment with kitchenette, Coffeemachine, Fridge. It's a bit far out to some Paris highlights but so what, Metro around the corner, interesting neighborhood

Having a kitchenette in our room was so amazing, it allowed us to be independent and use the shop downstairs. I really could not fault anything. We were even very impressed with the USB ports in the room to be able to charge our phones. The free tea and coffee and cold water was fantastic.

Rooms were like new, felt like we were the first guests, but during our stay they were painting the hall and garage and doing other contracting work. It did not bother is to much, but that makes the difference between a good stay and a perfect stay.

Clean, spacious, convenient location and friendly staff

I was searching for a hotel in the south of the city because we wanted to visit both the city and Versailles. At the time when we checked in, this hotel had just finished a major renovation. The room was on a quite street, spacious and clean for our family of 4. The bus stop is right across the street from the hotel however if you don't a pre-purchased ticket, you will take a 5 min walk to Didot station where there's a ticket machine. We also enjoyed the food near the hotel; beef bun bo and Mediterranean food around the corner. Friendly and very helpful staff. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

There's nothing we didn't like except the AC took a while to kick in. We left the blinds closed during the day to keep the room cool and it's no issue after a few hours.

Excellent location, nearby the subway and surrounded by lots of wonderful bars and restaurants. The apartments and studios are spacious, luminous, modern and really comfortable, you have everything you need. Finally and the most important, the staff, very kind, helpful and humble. I want to congratulate all the personal buy specially Malik for everything during our stay. I’d definitely come back.

Clean room, there are couple of supermarkets nearby. The bed was comfortable. Easy to find the place.

There was construction work going on, so a lot of noise during the day. They should have been close the property until finish with the renovations. For this price I expected more.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place next to the Hospital Paris Saint Joseph. It has Carifour grocery store down stairs, restaurants around. The room are very clean, new renovated with beautiful furnitures and bathroom, toilet are new with fashion style. Kitchen has all setup and function well. The lights and switches are modern and convenient to use. It's extremely well designed and built. The reception staffs are very kind and helpful, and fun! I stayed 7 days and really like it.
